Organic Cream Cheese Brownies By Mambo Sprouts, Fri Dec 9th
Ingredients: ************ 1 pkg NO PUDGE! Fat Free FudgeBrownie Mix (any flavor) 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt 3 oz. (6Tbsp.) fat-free cream cheese, softened 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract Preparation: ************ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. CombineNo Pudge! mix and 2/3 cup of the yogurt according to packagedirections. Pour into nonstick pan. Blend remaining yogurt,cream cheese and vanilla extract in small bowl. Dropteaspoonfuls of this mixture onto brownie dough. Use knife tomarble mixture through brownies. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Foreasy cutting, let brownies cool, then refrigerate until chilled.When wrapped in plastic, brownies stay fresh for two weeks. Servings: 16
